Relaxing fun toddler session for children aged 18 months to 4 years. We will have a different art or baking activity for you to do with your child each week. Followed by a story at the end of the group.

As most of our activities can be messy please wear clothes that you won't mind getting dirty.

Baby PEEP

Our PEEP group sessions support all parents to create the best start for their children by making the most of everyday learning opportunities, listening, talking, playing, singing and sharing stories and books. They offer fun ways to bond with your child and learn together to encourage your child's development in a supportive environment.

Baby Massage
For babies, 6 weeks - 6 months

This is a lovely, relaxing and friendly group. A great opportunity to bond with your baby whilst also meeting other local parents.

Join our welcoming, relaxed and friendly free play sessions. Adults and children (12 months - 3 years) have the opportunity to play and socialise.  It is a great chance to meet other local families and build connections and gain support.

Gran's Group

Our Gran’s group has been running for over a decade and the aim of this group is to reduce social isolation, increase community connectedness and promote physical and mental health.

THURSDAYS

Raising Children With Confidence 

Starting 15th Jan-19th Feb

The aims of the course are to:

Increase understanding and awareness of the factors affecting mental health and well-being.

Increase confidence in caregiver`s capacity and skills to promote mental health in themselves and their children.

Improve family relationships.

The six sessions will include-Promoting Well-being (Supporting children`s mental health & well-being). The Developing Brain (How experiences shape the brain). Why Love Matters (Creating positive relationships and attachment). Staying Connected (listening to understanding and developing empathy). Building Resilience (Coping with life`s ups & downs). Looking After Ourselves (The importance of parental well-being).
