First Step employs staff who are qualified, experienced and professional in all areas of childcare. Staff training is paramount to the ethos of First Step to ensure that we are consistent with the latest good practice. Staff involved in training can be assured that they are fully supported and guided to ensure continuous professional development. Staff undergo PVG Checks and are registered with the Scottish Social Services Council to ensure their suitability for working in Early Years.
