Terms and Conditions

1. Registration & Payment

·         A completed registration form and full payment are required to secure a place.

·         Spaces are offered on a first-come, first-served basis.

·         Fees must be paid in advance to secure a place.

2. Cancellation

·         Cancellations must be made in writing.

·         If you decide to cancel any sessions after the 13th June, these will still be charged.

3. Attendance & Absences
•    Regular attendance is encouraged for the best experience.
•    No refund or credit will be issued for missed days due to illness, holidays, or    other personal reasons.

4. Health & Safety
• Parents must inform staff of any medical conditions, allergies, or medications.
• In case of emergency, every effort will be made to contact parents/guardians. If unreachable, staff are authorised to seek medical treatment as necessary.
• Children must stay home if showing symptoms of contagious illness.

5. Personal Belongings
• First Step are not responsible for loss or damage to personal belongings.
• Children are encouraged to leave valuable items at home.

6. Photo Consent
• Photos/videos may be taken during the program for promotional use.
• Parents may opt out of media use by notifying the program in writing prior to the start date.

7. Weather & Outdoor Play
• Children should come dressed for outdoor activities and changing weather.
• Sunscreen and appropriate sun protection should be applied before arrival. Staff may reapply sunscreen with parental consent.

8. Agreement
• By registering your child, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
